Pilot terms

About the pilot.

The Quillon design-partner pilot is a free, 60-day trial for a small number of brokers and risk teams. A short written pilot agreement covers the details; this page summarizes it.

What Quillon does

Quillon reads the insurance documents you provide and organizes them into a proposed portfolio, an "items to check" list and a renewal brief, with each value linked to the document page it came from.

What it does not do

Everything Quillon produces is a proposal until you review it. It does not establish that a policy responds to a loss, provide insurance, legal or financial advice, or replace review by an appropriately qualified professional. It does not send anything to a carrier, quote, bind or change coverage.

Accuracy

Reading is checked against the documents, and values Quillon is unsure of are flagged rather than guessed. Even so, extracted values can be wrong or incomplete; verify anything you rely on against the original document, which is always one click away.

Your data

Pilot documents stay in your private workspace and are deleted on request. See Privacy.

After the pilot

There is no obligation to continue. If the pilot is useful, we will agree a founding-partner price before it ends.
