Website and pilot privacy.

This notice covers this public website and the design-partner pilot. A paid deployment will come with its own written information-handling terms.

This website

This website has no sign-up form, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your connection information when the page loads. "Book a pilot" and "Contact" open your own email application and use your email provider.

Pilot documents

Pilot partners upload documents into a private workspace that only their invited users can open. Every upload is virus-scanned, and the original file is kept exactly as received so each extracted value can be traced back to it. Documents are used only to provide the service to that partner.

When a portfolio is built, pages the automatic reading could not handle may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to be read, under a per-folder spending cap. Anthropic processes that content to return the result and does not use API data to train its models.

Please upload only documents you are authorized to share.

Deletion

Pilot data is deleted on request. Email henryspann@outlook.com and we will confirm once it is done.

Hosting

The pilot application runs on Render and stores data in Supabase (United States). These infrastructure providers process connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the service.
